Privacy policy
What we collect. When you contact us or buy a service, we collect your name, email, phone number if you share it, and anything you tell us about the athlete — film links, measurables, academics. Athlete profiles are built from information your family provides and verifies.
How we use it. To evaluate athletes, build recruiting profiles, share those profiles with college programs you approve, and reply to your messages. We never sell personal information, and we share profiles with coaches only for recruiting purposes you have agreed to.
Film and profiles. Game film and evaluations you share with us are used to scout and promote the athlete to programs. Tell us any time if you want material removed, and we take it down.
Minors. Most of our athletes are under 18. We communicate recruiting matters with a parent or guardian involved, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental consent.
Your rights. Ask us any time for a copy, correction, or deletion of your information, and we will act promptly. Contact us through the contact page for any privacy request.
Terms of service
What we promise. Honest evaluations, verified numbers, and a real plan with dates. What we cannot promise is any particular outcome — offers and scholarships are decided by college programs, not by us.
Services and payment. Evaluations, film reviews, and matching plans are one-time services delivered as described on the Services page. Film and academic records must be provided within 30 days of purchase so we can start your work.
Refunds. Unstarted services are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. Once a scout has begun your evaluation or review, the service is considered delivered and is no longer refundable.
Conduct. Accurate information matters: measurables, grades, and film must be genuine. We may decline or end a scouting relationship if information proves false, with a pro-rated refund for undelivered work.
