Frequently Asked Questions
What services does Varsityvane Scouting provide?
Recruiting Evaluations, Highlight Film Reviews, and College Matching Plans — plus direct coach outreach for rostered athletes. Every service is designed around one outcome: a signed commitment at the right school.
Which sports does Varsityvane Scouting work with?
Football, basketball, baseball, soccer, and track & field. If your sport is not listed, contact us — we add sports each season based on coach demand.
How can I join Varsityvane Scouting as an athlete?
Start with a Recruiting Evaluation. A scout reviews your film, measurables, and academics, then tells you honestly where you stand — and what it will take to get recruited from there.
Does Varsityvane Scouting help with scholarship offers?
Yes. We match you with programs that fit your level and budget, introduce your profile to coaches, and guide your family through offers, visits, and signing day — including how to compare aid packages.
Can Varsityvane Scouting help athletes build their recruiting profile?
Absolutely. Verified stats, academic snapshot, coach references, and a highlight structure built for how coaches actually watch film — all in one profile you can share with any program.
When should we start the recruiting process?
The earlier the better, but junior year is the pivotal season: combines, camps, and first coach outreach. Senior fall is for visits and decisions. If you are a senior with no coach contact, contact us now — late starts need a focused plan, not panic.
How much do your services cost?
Evaluations, film reviews, and matching plans are priced individually on our Services page, and every one can be purchased online. A free 15-minute call comes first so you only buy what fits your situation.
Do you work with college coaches directly?
Yes — coaches can contact the team about available evaluations in their sports and divisions. We discuss profile sharing with each athlete and family before making introductions.
